About the Community
Built in 2002, the Courtyards at Nautica is a gated community of 336 individually-owned units in seventeen buildings. The buildings vary in size, but all first-floor units are one-story with 3 bedrooms, while 2nd-floor units are two-story with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
Condo Living
To ensure the community's peace and aesthetics are maintained, it is managed by a Condo Association. The Association has an office with full-time Assistant Property Manager, Assistant, and a volunteer Board of Directors
The Association collects Association fees monthly from owners for the upkeep of all common areas and amenities including the pool, fitness center, and meeting room.

VISITOR PARKING INFORMATION
Visitor parking is provided around the complex with most spots near the Administration Office/Clubhouse building. Look for the yellow bumpers.
Please do not park outside the gates, where it prevents drivers exiting from being able to see oncoming traffic.
No parking is permitted along curbs next to mailboxes, or blocking fire lanes or any resident parking space.
